Three Sixty Commercial

As the development evolves, there will be a diverse range of commercial space on offer at Jesmond Three Sixty, including high quality office space, a hotel and retail units.

The office space will cover 70,000sq.ft across four floors and will be fitted out to a Grade A specification.

A hotel will form an integral part of the development containing 136 rooms, 36 suites and it will also boast a private business lounge as part of its offering. Various ground floor retail units will also be available in and around the courtyard area, ranging between 500sq.ft and 1,500sq.ft.

The developmentā€™s appeal is enhanced with its close proximity to Newcastle city centre, access to major road and rail transport links and the proposal for a 300 space multi-storey car park on site.
